Dear - : I write in order to submit a complaint against Professional Account Management ( " PAM '' ) of -. PAM falsely alleges that I owe $180.00. I have disputed the validity of the purported debts, in writing, on numerous occasions. PAM refuses to provide documentary evidence to support their accusations. PAM and/or its agents have called me at work, called and texted my mobile phone resulting in charges, phoned before - and after -, sent threatening letters, and presented materially false information to the CFPB and the -. I have requested that they cease and desist communication on multiple occasions to no avail. For the foregoing reasons, PAM is in clear violation of the FDCPA. Furthermore, they are in violation of the FCRA, FDCPA, and the FTC Act by falsely alleging to public entities that I am delinquent on accounts and publicly disclosing my personal information without authorization or consent.
