FirstMerit Bank Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker September 8, 2015 - - and myself owned a business we had a BANKER ( - - from - ) come to us and see if he could do some finances for our business with us, we told him we would like to take out a small business loan and use it to pay off our home mortgage and our business mortgages using our - commercial properties he agreed that would be something his bank could handle. It ended up by us loosing our business ALL of our properties to include our home and with paper work that has been used wrongly. FirstMerit Bank Mortgage loan modification,collection,foreclosure April 9, 2015 - FirstMerit Mortgage - altered the terms and conditions of a Home Affordable Modification '' that saved my home from foreclosure. The loan modification clearly stated on the signed loan documents ( page - ) that the monthly mortgage payment was to remain at $1000.00 for 12 months ( - ) and could only adjust for escrow after year -. I made my monthly payment as agreed of $1000.00 from -/-/- thru -/-/- when I was notified by First Merit that escrow analysis is done in - of each year and that my - - would be increased to $1100.00.
