21st Mortgage Corporation Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account June 29, 2015 - I opened a mobile home mortgage with 21st mortgage. I make more the minimum payment every month but the overage is held in suspense instead of applying it to the Principal of my loan. I have to call in every month to have them apply the overage to the principal amount. Any overages should automatically be applied directly to my principal. 21st Mortgage suggested I mail in a payment instead of paying online and include a note to apply it to principal.
