Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt September 22, 2015 - Merchant & Professional Collection Agency is reporting to - that I owe $690.00 to them from a debt they bought from the Original Creditor which was - - -. That debt is way past the 7 years from date of last activity or payment to that account. I have disputed with -, but - keeps coming back that they verified '' the debt. Upon repeated requests to Experian on how they verified '', they will not prove how they verified, which is a blatant violation of the FCRA.
