URS Holding, LLC Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls September 21, 2015 - This past summer I recieved a call from United recovery systems in their attempt to collect a debt for - who had been sending said notice to address i hadnt lived at in almost 3 years and calling an out of service number which is why i hadnt paid it I did n't know about it. I spoke to a young man and we discussed the situation and i agreed that the account they were attempting to collect was in fact mine and requested to have communication about the aforementioned to my current address, but it never came.
