First Citizens Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker May 6, 2015 - I applied for a mortgage on - - on First Citizens Bank 's website. After I waited about two weeks for a response from them, I called them to figure out what happened with my application. From there, a representative told me that my banker was - -, and gave me his number. I called numerous times until he finally returned my phone call. I thought this would speed the process up to keep up the communication, but I have been chasing - - ever since.
