I have NEVER in my life been to - -, Ca. so because it was -, and ALL banks were closed I could n't get in touch with my bank to dispute these obvious erroneous fraudulent charges. So on the morning of - -, 2016, I called my bank to notify them of the above mentioned, as they also concurred that this was noticed as suspicious activity on my debit card by them.
