Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount March 29, 2017 - Submitted settlement offer letters paying GLA Collections the full balance of my collection accounts totaling up to $380.00 on -. Received a call today stating that they would not accept the payments due to not being the full amount, although those were the total balances reporting to my credit report. Followed up with a supervisor who then told me the actual amount has increased to - dollars in full. He also told me submitting a total of $620.00 would settle the accounts although he just stated they do not take settlements. My credit report that was pulled on -/2016 is reporting ... |
