Submitted settlement offer letters paying GLA Collections the full balance of my collection accounts totaling up to $380.00 on -. Received a call today stating that they would not accept the payments due to not being the full amount, although those were the total balances reporting to my credit report. Followed up with a supervisor who then told me the actual amount has increased to - dollars in full. He also told me submitting a total of $620.00 would settle the accounts although he just stated they do not take settlements. My credit report that was pulled on -/2016 is reporting separate balances of $150.00, $110.00, $56.00, and $56.00. In the settlement offer letter submitted i stated if they do not accept the payment to submit the money orders/payments directly to me which they have not done. Please advise.
