Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls September 26, 2019 - Valentine and Kebartas called everyday from -/-/2019 until current using different numbers - -, Florida area - ) from a company in Massachusetts. I finally spoke to a supervisor, - -, and he would not disclose the reason for the call. The representative and - - both possessed an abusive tone towards me. They never left a message when they called everyday. The process is deceitful and I felt mis-treated and they were condescending. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received August 17, 2016 - I received a call from the Valentine and Kerbatas Collection company. The representative explained to me that she had me on a recorded line, however failed to name the company on the recorded line. She then proceeded to ask me to verify my SS # and DOB. I stopped her and asked her to provide me the name of the company again before I would validate or verify anything ... the lady got very upset with me and kept saying I was on a recorded line. I told her I did n't care and wanted more info about the company BEFORE giving any of my info. She then hung up on me.... |
