I do not know Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Delaware

I received a call from the Valentine and Kerbatas Collection company. The representative explained to me that she had me on a recorded line, however failed to name the company on the recorded line. She then proceeded to ask me to verify my SS # and DOB. I stopped her and asked her to provide me the name of the company again before I would validate or verify anything ... the lady got very upset with me and kept saying I was on a recorded line. I told her I did n't care and wanted more info about the company BEFORE giving any of my info. She then hung up on me.
