Every year by - Union Bank will send out an " Important Hazard Insurance Notice '' letter. That letter will say, " If the renewal policy is not received within 45 days after the expiration date, - Union Bank, N.A. is required to purchase " force placed '' coverage for you. '' This year - we received another letter the same letter to inform us that insurance of - we bought is going to expire.
