Solomon and Solomon, P.C. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid August 19, 2015 - There was a judgement against me. My wages have been garnished. The debt is now paid plus legal fees have also been paid. My wages are still being garnished - - full paychecks past what I owe. I called Solomon & Solomon, PC. They said they would stop the garnishment, but they have not. I do not know what course of action to take to make this stop and get my overpayment back. I have called the sheriff, they said they can not help. I called the court clerk, they told me they can not give legal advice. ... |
Solomon and Solomon, P.C. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received July 8, 2015 - I have been sent an email from my employer that I have a Writ of Garnishment on my wages. I printed out the information and it does not or have I ever been notified what credit card debt this is from. I thought I needed to be sued first before having my wages garnished.
