There was a judgement against me. My wages have been garnished. The debt is now paid plus legal fees have also been paid. My wages are still being garnished - - full paychecks past what I owe. I called Solomon & Solomon, PC. They said they would stop the garnishment, but they have not. I do not know what course of action to take to make this stop and get my overpayment back. I have called the sheriff, they said they can not help. I called the court clerk, they told me they can not give legal advice.
