Gila LLC Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 26, 2015 - The debt collection company MSB Municipal Services Bureau did not respond to my letter of dispute and I also requested them to validate the debt. Instead, they sent me a second notice indicating that they gave me the opportunity to dispute and there was no notification received by their office.
