I paid for one month and was never told that they would be continuing to bill my credit card on a monthly basis. When I finally realized it I contacted - and was told that I was signed up for automatic payments and that I could not cancel unless I went in person to the facility. I immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute these charges. The credit card company has given me provisional credit and is working on the dispute.
