December 15, 2015 - I called Wells Fargo in - to defer my loan. They usually offer deferments in no more than 2 month lengths. I was asked to make the payment for - then I would be approved. I made the payment then was told my deferment was approved for two full months and that payments would resume in -. A month later, I got a letter in the mail saying I was late. I called because I was puzzled as to why I was getting this letter when my loan was in deferment status.
