I have - loans ( - school ) that combine to - from Wells Fargo. I have been looking for employment since -/-/- - approximately 6 months before graduation and 16 months from today -, and since then I have been unable to find any. I am living with my mother for the first time in a decade, my savings are now depleted, and I can no longer pay the loan minimums. When I contacted Wells Fargo last month ( -/-/- ) in our ongoing conversation about this issue, a representative told me that I was eligible for further 2 month forbearance on each loan. I called today to arrange these forbearances, but the representative I spoke to refused to extend the forbearance to me, despite the fact that his colleague offered me the option before, and despite the facts that I banked with Wells Fargo -/-/- and even held a mortgage with them that was always paid on time.


that will be compromised if the loans go into default. I do not understand what Wells Fargo wishes to accomplish by pursuing me for money that I can not pay them. I thought that I was getting a loan from a reputable lender -/-/- ; today I feel like I 'm being victimized by a loan shark. I hope that the CFPB can intervene on my behalf in this matter.
