Earm LLC Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying May 27, 2015 - Was informed that I owe on a old payday loan. Was told their are - actions pending against me.. They said I committed a a fraud by taking out such loan and not paying it back.. They claim the debt was from sometime back in -/-/- and it was charged off in - They informed me that they contacted my current employer.. But at the time I was not employed by them.. They also said the debt was sold to them, and I owed them now.. The mentioned my current bank but a old account number.. The also told me my old address.. When I asked them for their company name, their current address, on women... |
