Earm LLC Debt collection department,

Payday loan False statements or representation Indicated committed crime not paying Texas

Was informed that I owe on a old payday loan. Was told their are - actions pending against me.. They said I committed a a fraud by taking out such loan and not paying it back.. They claim the debt was from sometime back in -/-/- and it was charged off in - They informed me that they contacted my current employer.. But at the time I was not employed by them.. They also said the debt was sold to them, and I owed them now.. The mentioned my current bank but a old account number.. The also told me my old address.. When I asked them for their company name, their current address, on women told me the name of the company MAC and current location as in front of her desk?? I also pressed for the company that I orginally had the loan from, the account number, the companies ( whom I owed ) current address and contact information.. I was told that they could not and would not provide me with such information ... I was also informed a server would show up and serve me with papers to appear in court.. When I asked them, how is that possible when they did not have my current address. Her reply was the server has it and will show up today -/-/- at - Well the time came and went.. I was finally able to get one person who I talked to, to give me her name and email address. Her name was - -, with a email address of -- ...
