ProCollect, Inc Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account terms March 9, 2016 - Apartment Complex termination of lease. I had to move out due to a job offer in a different state. I have a signed Lease Contract Addendum stating that I will not get charge early termination fees or other fees and that I agree to pay $2100.00 at a set payment. However, the apartment complex charged me early termination fees and other fees that apply and now I have a bill for $6600.00 dollars which was sent to a collection agency back in 2009.
