North American Credit Services Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt May 21, 2015 - This collection agency reported on my credit report while other collection agencies are trying to collect the same medical debt. My employment offered - health insurance and I went to be seen at the ER and used the insurance. I was not aware that I was billed for the services and waited to see if my employment was taking care of it. The contract ended and then I received several notices from ( - ) different collection agencies about this. I received a letter stating that I had ( - ) days to dispute the account.
