Medical Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
North American Credit Services Debt collection department,
Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Texas
This collection agency reported on my credit report while other collection agencies are trying to collect the same medical debt. My employment offered - health insurance and I went to be seen at the ER and used the insurance. I was not aware that I was billed for the services and waited to see if my employment was taking care of it. The contract ended and then I received several notices from ( - ) different collection agencies about this. I received a letter stating that I had ( - ) days to dispute the account. I sent ( - ) letters off, certified mail, to a - Solutions and a law office by the name of - - -. I do have the tracking numbers for both letters and they were picked up before the ( - ) day mark. - - - returned my letter, stating that I had to sign the letter and would n't validate the information as I typed the letter. There is no law that states that the time halts when a collection agency refuses to send the info. I check my credit report and - is reporting this account now. It is a fresh report as this was not on my credit a few days ago.
