Sunrise Credit Services Inc. Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer trouble with how payments are handled March 9, 2016 - My student loan, about a year ago, got switched to a new company. Ever since, it has been nothing but stress and problems. I prefer making payments online, a year later and their online payment system still does n't work. Every time I call no one seems to know how to resolve that issue, instead they talk you into auto payments, BUT you can only set that up for 12 months at a time. I asked if they would send a reminder when that auto payments will expire, the associate swore up and down they would notify me via email. Not only did I not receive notification at all, I have not received one email... |
