Debt collection false statements or representation attempted to collect wrong amount May 22, 2016 - On - 2016 I made an attempt to rent a washer and dryer from a company - - - - recommended by an apartment community manager. The machines were not suitable for use when delivered and the delivery person damaged a wall and floor in my home and as a result I attempted to seek payment for the damages as well as make arrangements to have the machines replaced. The delivery of the replacement machines were delayed several times and ultimately this delay resulted in me cancelling the order and requesting a refund and that the company pick up the machines that had been delivered.
