Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls November 19, 2015 - A collection agency has been calling me over and over even contacted my work twice after my general manager telling them not to call my workplace and they called back a second time and spoke with me and I told them not to contact me at work and they would n't tell me how they got my work phone number. They call my cell phone back to back almost every day of the week, I have cell phone bills to prove that and screenshots on my phone showing back to back phone calls in the same day.
