A collection agency has been calling me over and over even contacted my work twice after my general manager telling them not to call my workplace and they called back a second time and spoke with me and I told them not to contact me at work and they would n't tell me how they got my work phone number. They call my cell phone back to back almost every day of the week, I have cell phone bills to prove that and screenshots on my phone showing back to back phone calls in the same day. I have told them I wanted to dispute the matter and I still have n't received anything for disputing the debt. They have told me if I did n't pay this debt they would be suing me and garnishing my wages and they keep giving me a certain amount of time to pay off a - debt. Every time I talk to them they ask for my full social security number address and phone number. I feel like I 'm being harassed, and they are making me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy asking me for all this personal information. I asked them last night what the matter was concerning when they called and they said it was concerning a hospital and I asked what about and the lady would n't tell me all she would say is she needed my info it was a matter with the hospital. I asked why they could n't call me if it was concerning them and they said because they hired them to do it. I just know its not professional and it 's making me feel harassed to the point I want to change my phone number and address and even my place of employment. This is crazy and scary and it 's not even accurate. I 've told them this time after time and they still continue to harass me. Their name is Franklin Collection Service, INC
