Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls September 26, 2019 - Valentine and Kebartas called everyday from -/-/2019 until current using different numbers - -, Florida area - ) from a company in Massachusetts. I finally spoke to a supervisor, - -, and he would not disclose the reason for the call. The representative and - - both possessed an abusive tone towards me. They never left a message when they called everyday. The process is deceitful and I felt mis-treated and they were condescending. Please prevent companies like Valentine and Kebartas to behave in such a manner.... |

They will never give me any information and demand my name, phone number and other indentifying information. I have called them after hours and discovered they are alledging to be a collection agency for - -. I did cancel an account with - recently and am working through paying the balance as my new provider is paying my fees. - is aware and claims they never sent my information to an outside agency. The new phone company advised they would pay off the final amount owed for the phone ( approximately - ) but when they gave me the money for the final payment they failed to tell me that they used part of the money on my new phone. Therefore, they led me to believe that I would owe nothing, when in fact I now needed $190.00 to pay to - the first phone company. Even after I speak with an Agent I still receieve calls all day long. When I ask the agency they say that its their automated system. They say the automated systems calls - times a day.
