Monterey Financial Services, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls August 20, 2016 - The call my phone 100 times a day. My boyfriend and I went through a financial hardship at the beginning of the year and we are trying to take the proper steps to resolve this debt. They continuously call and say we need a payment today card or routing number. I tell everyone that we 'll pay on line there is no need to call. They talk over me and continue to ask for payment. I tell them when we have the money it will be paid. The say they 're sending it to collections I tell them okay send it. I rather talk to them not you guys.... |

I received a letter in the mail pertaining to a free 5-7 day vacation. I called the number and spoke with a representative that told me I would get a free vacation for attending a presentation they were having in the -, -. The rep said that the vacation was completely free and the only fees I would be responsible for would be porting fees wherever I chose to port from. I asked if this were a timeshare presentation and was told no. The rep said they were nothing like timeshare but they turned out to be exactly that... |
