Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls March 31, 2017 - I had 18 missed phone calls from Thunder Bird Collections within like fifteen minutes. - would call and go to till voice mail and then immediately called back. He also called my grandfather and utilized the same tactics. This was also done after I had told him not to ever contact anyone besides my cell phone number that I provided. Today he even called the place I work when I told him to only contact my cell phone.... |

Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls August 15, 2016 - I person by the name of - called me in regards to a medical debt I was unaware I owed, I explained I was in middle of work and could n't speak to him at the moment, he proceed to call my cell a total of 5 times within a 3 hour span. I called him back and asked to be sent an invoice because how did I know if it was n't a scam, and I would n't give my credit card information over the phone. The company 's response is erroneous in a few ways : 1. They never address my concern which was repeated calls ( 3x in one day ) which violate the FCRA. Please address this concern immediately. I asked the name of the company & they refused to give it. Caller ID shows T.C.S. '' -. I was hung up on when I asked, I called back and another person refused to tell me who they ( company ) were. Internet search shows Thunderbird Collections - in Arizona. These fools need a lesson in manners and phone etiquette. Once I stated to not call me, they used my name, referenced other family members and referenced me as being too stupid to understand.
