All I had was a statement not from who it was from. I know it 's medical related, but I did n't know from where so I could n't deal with the situation. I talked to my insurance and they said I needed certain information in which the lady could n't provide me with it. I think if you 're trying to collect then you should do a better job!... |

Tried to return the call and was sent automatic message about not being a valid number until today. Had to call over 10 times before they would even tell me the company name. It is Phoenix Financial. They are not currently on nor have they ever been on my credit report.... |
