Phoenix Financial Services LLC Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Kentucky

Called over 100 times in less than a month. Has never left message. Tried to return the call and was sent automatic message about not being a valid number until today. Had to call over 10 times before they would even tell me the company name. It is Phoenix Financial. They are not currently on nor have they ever been on my credit report.
