When I return the call, they ask for my name and the last - digits of my SSN, but I refuse to give them that information. I will gladly provide my phone number ( since they already have it ), but they can not cross reference a number to a person. They threaten to garnish my wages, but they do n't even know who I am. When my husband called them back after the - call he was told that my number appeared on - different accounts there all in the same department & that was not an unusual thing to happen.
