Capital Management Services, LP Debt collection department,

I do not know Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Ohio

Capital Management Services calls multiple times per day, but will not say who they are calling for at my number. When I return the call, they ask for my name and the last - digits of my SSN, but I refuse to give them that information. I will gladly provide my phone number ( since they already have it ), but they can not cross reference a number to a person. They threaten to garnish my wages, but they do n't even know who I am. This can not be a legitimate debt collector.
