U.S. Bancorp Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer having problems with customer service May 22, 2016 - To Whom It May Concern, I filed a - Complaint after having trouble with obtaining some information about private student loans listed on my credit report dating back to -/-/-. I requested copies of the original promissory notes and full payment history for all accounts involved. I received applications and no payment history. In my complaint, I mentioned there are duplicates listed on my credit report. Where - claims there are - loans, there are -- listed. She stated maybe - - ( the loan servicer ) listed them also, but they are under no obligation to remove them. ... |
