The recruiters pushed us to sign up for private student loans telling us that when it came time to pay back out student loans that we could re consolidate but Navient will not let me re consolidate my student loans and I have an interest rate that is more than twice the national average- I currently have a 13.5 % interest rate. And by the time i pay off this student loan i will be paying almost 3 times the amount i originally borrowed. I filed charges against my son for fraud sent all of the information to prove that the loan was fraud. They refuse to accept that this was fraud. I have sent them a cease and desist letter and told them if they think that I owe them anything to take me to court, they refuse to take this matter to court.
