The representative I spoke with did ID the company. The representative also provided the last 4 numbers of my Social Security Number and a mailing address of mine. No info was verified at that time. After receiving my final statement I notice some additional charges that needed to be corrected. Contacted on -/-/- and informed them of the errors.
