January 23, 2016 - I learned about this collection agency debt thru my credit report. I received absolutely no prior mail with notice to try to resolve any matter. I looked up the phone number and called them. The person I spoke to was extremely rude from the beginning! He was yelling over the phone and interrupting me before I finish speaking, then HE hung up on me! Very unprofessional and did n't even get anywhere because as I said, he hung up the phone.
