When installation was finally completed in - 2015, electronic completion forms were signed in our yard but we have yet to receive electronic or paper copies of the forms. Shortly after, we started getting calls from a bank we had never heard of, Synchrony, saying we were late on our credit card payment. I tried to pay for the item using my PayPal Smart Connect which had a credit line much higher than what I was purchasing. PayPal would not allow me to pay because as I discovered in a later phone conversation with PayPal, the seller was not set up to accept PayPal Smart Connect. In discussions with both eBay and PayPal I was told they could not identify which sellers accept PayPal Smart Connect. In other words a buyer can not find this out until they are at the checkout and have already won the auction. The sellers also appear unable to tell ... |
Synchrony Bank Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease taking out the loan or lease October 25, 2015 - Wal-Mart Credit Card account - with Synchrony Bank throughout the period I had an account they double charged payments by trying to take the same amount out a second time for the same amount as I made the payment. Last payment they did the same thing, my banking institution caught it and reversed the charge. Synchrony Bank once again accused me of bouncing a check and closed my account. I have never paid late. This is unfair activity by Synchrony Bank ; I received a letter of their acquisitions. Treating consumers this way needs to stop ASAP. ... |
