Synchrony Bank Consumer Loan Complaint

Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease taking out the loan or lease

Synchrony Bank Consumer Loan department,

Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease Taking out the loan or lease Ohio

I recently attempted to purchase an item on eBay. I tried to pay for the item using my PayPal Smart Connect which had a credit line much higher than what I was purchasing. PayPal would not allow me to pay because as I discovered in a later phone conversation with PayPal, the seller was not set up to accept PayPal Smart Connect. In discussions with both eBay and PayPal I was told they could not identify which sellers accept PayPal Smart Connect. In other words a buyer can not find this out until they are at the checkout and have already won the auction. The sellers also appear unable to tell if they can accept PayPal Smart Connect. ( I 've personally surveyed over - so far ). I supposedly have a credit line of over $1700.00 which PayPal supposedly wants me to use. What good is a credit line if I ca n't use it? I feel this at the least an unfair way of denying me a loan or deceptive practice and at worst fraudulent. None of PayPal 's Credit representatives could give me a straight answer and eBay ca n't help either. Meanwhile I 've been humiliated and a seller will needlessly have to re-list the item.
