Can not make car payment online or over the phone when I tried to make payment on - .2017. Got this m essage when I tried to make payment. Sorry, you are unable to make a payment at this time.


- to have your account reinstated. I have called them several times about this issue and even when I tried over the phone it did not allow me to do so, it just cut me off. The las t 2 p ayments have been made over the phone and tonight it would not allow me to do so. I have repeatedly asked them to fix the online tool and still has not. These people are CROOKS! I am over this entire fiasco with them and also have decided to report them to the Attorney General and also seek advice of legal counsel as they have continued to violate me as a consumer with illegal tactics!
