December 2, 2015 - I received a 1 year anniversary of my CarMax jeep and was told I could apply for the skip a payment deferment after the 1 year. We had a medical issue and I needed to get the deferment for that car payment within the month. they told me I could and I talked to the corporate office and she said she received approval. Even though we called and explained the issue was due to a problem with the on-line system they refuse to adjust it.
