I had an account with BB & T. when I open the account I specifically told them I did not want no over draft protection. when I could n't get no where with them between them charging me for calling them to check the status of my claim, I close the account but they never did. instead they kept charging. I just call them and they told me that charge me over $600.00 fro an account that was supposed to be canceled.
