Citibank Credit card department,
Citi bank reported delinquent payments that damaged my credit standing on an account that they never furnished me a hard copy of the statement for. I kept getting emails telling me to log into their site to see the account but kept telling them I could n't because I no longer had the card and the log in required it. They would not provide me with the full number of the card and in spite of my requests whenever we talked on the phone ( today being the most recent ) I have NEVER seen the statement. I filed a complaint with CFPB that resulted in them removing late fees and I did pay the amount to stop the damage to my credit standing but today was told they would not correct the information sent to the credit reporting agencies and again did not offer to send a hard copy of the statement showing what was purchased.
