I had a Home Depot credit card for which is being issued by Citibank N.A . for which I am disputing the balance of $100.00. For many months I am getting statements that I owe money for a credit card for which I had but is closed now for which I called Citi Bank last year several times disputing the interest charge that started out to be about $7.00 or so and every month I was getting charged interest and late fees. No matter how many times I tried to dispute this balance I was not able to resolve the issue. Some time last year I participated in survey for which I gave negative feed back for which Citibank was not happy being I then received an email of which had incomplete information. I responded back and received another email. I called the representative several times left messages being I was not able to reach her. I finally received a call back from another representative whom I could not talk being I was busy trying to take care of something serious. when I tried to call back unfortunately, I had misplaced my documents with the telephone numbers and the names

representative refused to resolve the problem. I spent about 15 minutes or so on the phone for which my cell phone carrier had charged me for those calls and they were not cheap calls. Recently, I pulled my credit reports for which had negative reporting from Citi Bank for not paying the balance that started at $7.00 and now has reached $100.00 being today I received a collection letter from - - - demanding this balance. I am sorry but I will not pay Citi Bank not one dime being they have refused repeatedly to resolve this problem months ago. Had they resolved this matter months ago I would not now have to file a complaint against Citi Bank who is ignoring me and my complaints. They have destroyed my credit of which is really uncalled for. I expect them to remove all the negative reportings and wipe out this balance. If Citi Bank does not resolve this matter immediately I will then have no choice but to take legal action against them of which is going to cost extensive legal fees. I am really upset and frustrated that Citibank destroyed my credit after I have been working very hard to keep it in great standing. Please investigate my complain.
