On -/-/2017 I sent a request for mortgage assistance to the servicing company to my mortgage loan. The reason my loan became delinquent was because the monthly payment the lender offer were much higher than promised. I have applied for loan modifications several times but always get denied due to inconsistent reasons. I was recently advised by my loan 's servicing company that they are no longer taking any more documents to process a loan modification.
