I accepted an offer through a public website ( offer code # - ) promising a cash bonus for depositing a certain amount of money in my existing savings account and keeping it on deposit until -/-/2016. After completing all offer requirements and being told by multiple customer service representatives that I would receive the bonus " soon, '' it now appears that Citi does not intend to honor the offer. Written documentation of the offer and compliance with its requirements is attached.
