This a continuation of my response to Wells Fargo 's response dated -/-/2017. The actual federal laws that were grossly neglected to be followed are the following, - These laws make for an interesting read. Every bank officer I have spoke with outside of Wells Fargo has acknowledged these regs. and follows them to the letter. After considering the above mentioned one question keep burning threw my mind ... Why has Wells Fargo continued to deny these laws exist. Or why the branch manager told me that these laws do not apply to me.. The CFPB will, I am sure read these regulations and understand that they DO apply to everyone in the banking community Respectfully -
