Re : Wells Fargo checking account. They took a check that cleared from -/-/- and processed it again. Those funds were taken out of my account on -/-/-. After several calls and a threat to take this matter further with you, I gave them until today to put the money back into my account. The did put the money back into my account today ... but ... they were not able to or willing to explain how this happened. I would like you to investigate how this happened. I will include copies of the check and my current statement. Thank you.
