I took out a same-as-cash 12 month payment plan From a -. This was later transferred to Monterey Financial Services, LLC. My loan was paid in full in - 2017 ; however? Monterey continues to collect payment through the automatic debit I gave set-up. They do not respond to phone calls and website is completely bogus. I am Unable to log in to my account and unable to re-set password etc.
